Are these real exam questions?
No. CompTIA keeps its exam questions confidential, and anyone selling the "real questions" is selling brain dumps, which break CompTIA's candidate agreement and can cost you the certification. These are written to the SY0-701 objectives, at exam difficulty.

What is the real Security+ exam like?
Up to 90 questions in 90 minutes: multiple choice plus performance-based questions where you do the task. It is scored from 100 to 900 and the pass mark is 750.
What score means I am ready?
CompTIA scales its scores, so there is no exact percentage. We draw the pass line at 75%. Clearing it here is a good sign; clearing it on full-length, timed exams again and again is the real signal.
Why is it weighted the way it is?
The 20 questions follow the real exam: security operations is 28% of SY0-701, so it gets six questions, and general security concepts at 12% gets two.
